The transportation sector is one of the largest sources of greenhouse gas emissions, primarily from fossil fuel-powered vehicles. To reduce emissions, we must shift to cleaner transportation options like electric vehicles (EVs), public transit, cycling, and walking. EVs produce zero tailpipe emissions and, when charged with renewable energy, can significantly cut down on pollution. Supporting sustainable transportation infrastructure, such as EV charging stations and bike lanes, can help lower transportation-related emissions, reduce air pollution, and promote a healthier, more sustainable way of getting around.
